Network for Good Customer Support

Starting something new can be scary. We’ve all been there. Whether it’s a new job, new relationship, or even a new donor management system; those first few weeks can make all the difference.

At Network for Good, we believe in setting you up for success. That’s why we work closely with you, guiding you through the initial process. From your first conversation with a member of our sales team, through your first 90 days with a Success Manager, and via all our support channels for your entire time with Network for Good, we believe in creating a long-term relationship with you—just like you create with your donors. Think of us as your very own donor management personal trainer!

During your first conversations with your Success Manager, you’ll learn everything you need to know to master your new donor management system, including how to:

  • Log into the system and create administrators.
  • Transfer your contacts and donation history—or let our Data Migration Team do it for you (for free!).
  • Build your Everyday Giving donation page and start receiving donations.
  • Create templates for email blasts and direct mail appeals and acknowledgements.

And much more!
