As a People & Operations Coordinator – you guessed it … David is passionate about working with everyone in the Network for Good family. He works hard to make sure office operations run smoothly and supports recruitment efforts to continue to add more Do Gooders to the team. David loves anything that has to do with sports and is even on a street hockey team!

Q&A with David Feinstein, People & Operations Coordinator

What do you do at Network for Good?

At Network for Good, I work in the People & Operations department and help keep office operations running smoothly on a daily basis. I also support HR/Recruitment efforts to ensure that we’re keeping up with the needs of our growing company, and I get to work with people, which is something I’ve always enjoyed doing!

What is your experience with nonprofit organizations outside of Network for Good?

I’ve been involved with non-profits since I was in high school. The organization that I’m most closely associated with is “A Wider Circle”, which happens to be a client of Network for Good. I started volunteering there when I was younger, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the time that I’ve spent there over the years.

What attracts you to nonprofits? 

Nonprofits always put the needs of others first. It’s an amazing quality, and it’s something that I’m definitely drawn to. I want everyone to get the opportunities they deserve, and nonprofits work to achieve that goal. If I have the chance to help them in any way, it’s a no-brainer!

What do you enjoy most about your work? 

I love the tangible impact that I have on the Network For Good team. Everyone is kind, smart, and hard-working, and I enjoy playing my part in keeping our team happy! From planning fun events and company outings to helping recruit/support great employees and ensuring they have everything they need to “Do Good”, I definitely enjoy my role at Network For Good!

What do you enjoy doing outside work?

I love anything having to do with sports! No matter the time of year, you can often catch me watching a game, or even playing (I’m on a street hockey team). I also love going to movies, taking my family’s dalmatian (Bucco) for long walks, and on most weekends during the summer, I can be found hanging out at my family’s beach house in Rehoboth Beach, DE!
