Network For Good Staff Profile: Vince Natale

NFG Staff Profile: Vince NataleVince works with nonprofits on a daily basis to uncover their needs and provide them with solutions to elevate their fundraising. Vince is the brains behind the nonprofit Facebook group, Nonprofits Unleashed. He wanted to create a place where nonprofit professionals can come together to learn and grow from one another and he did exactly that. In his free time, Vince enjoys exploring the DMV area and serving as the Chair of the Junior Board for a local nonprofit, MentorPrize.

“Nonprofits work hard to make their community better for everyone.”

Q&A with Vince Natale, Fundraising Sales Consultant

What do you do at Network for Good?

At Network for Good, I am a Fundraising Sales Consultant. I work with small and medium sized nonprofits to understand their needs and help determine if Network for Good is a good fit to streamline their fundraising efforts.

What is your experience with nonprofit organizations outside of Network for Good?

I started as the Fundraising Chair of the Junior Board for a local nonprofit called MentorPrize, which helps find and place mentors with different partner programs in the DC metro area. Now, I am Chair of the Junior Board!

What attracts you to nonprofits?

Nonprofits work hard to make their community better for everyone, not just those less fortunate or who don’t have a voice. It’s tough work but very admirable and rewarding!

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I like when people feel comfortable opening up and telling me about their problems and how I can solve them. Even if it’s giving minimal advice- its very rewarding.

What do you enjoy doing outside work?

In the Summer and Fall I like to get outside the cities and explore different areas of the DMV. My favorite thing is to find hidden gems and off-the-beaten-path places that tourists would not normally go!
