About the Speakers:

Kimberly O’Donnell, MS, CFRE, is a seasoned fundraising and nonprofit leader. Having worked as an Executive Director, Chief Philanthropy Officer, fundraising consultant, and advisor to hundreds of nonprofits, she has spent nearly 25 years blending fundraising, marketing, and sales principles to scale dollars raised and strengthen donor and stakeholder engagement.

Kerri Padgett is YPTC’s National Training Director and has been with the firm for over 14 years. In addition to keeping her staff of accounting professionals well-trained on all things “nonprofit,” she provides education and training to YPTC’s clients and is a frequent guest speaker. For over 7 years, she was an adjunct professor for the graduate arts administration program at Drexel University’s Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. A CPA, Kerri holds a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Arizona State University and a dual MS in Accounting and Taxation from Drexel University.

Harriet S. “Hatsy” Cutshall, CPA, earned a BS in Biology from the College of William and Marry and later a certificate in Accounting from the University of Virginia. In her current position as a Senior Manager with Your Part-Time Controller LLC, she supports the work of her colleagues and their clients as an advisor as well as a hands-on practitioner, when needed. She is involved in all aspects of practice development and recruiting.
